Another cool blog about the First Lego League!

   Hey, I found a cool blog about the FLL, or First Lego League!  I am a member of the KC Astromechs fll team and like the fll!  For those of you who don't know what that is, the FLL is a organization about lego robots.  Every year, they send registered teams a package explaining the theme/challenge fo that season.  Then lego teams go build and program their robots to do what you want them to do!  For example, you might build an attachment for your robot to skewer rings with a long stick.  Then you would want your robot to return back to base and score points for every ring inside base.  Those of you who were in 6th grade tech ed at Plaza Middle School, we use the NXT robots that you had to program.  Well anyways, bye!  Go to the FLL blog

Tomorrow, the new Harry Potter movie comes out.  My family and my grandma are all going to go see it. (except for my sister Grace)  I can't wait!  My mom is also excited because she's read all the books and is a pretty big fan!

Q:What do you look forward to the most about blogging?
A:I look forward to sharing my ideas and making my blog what I want it to be.  I think it will be more fun the more I know so I have more options of what I want to do.

Q:How do you think blogging will help you grow as a writer and a person?
A:I think it will affect me positively because I will have a place to share my thoughts and feelings.  As a writer, I can practice figurative language, mechanics, voice, sentence fluency, and the writing process.

This is my first post!

Hello everyone, Joshua here!  I am posting live from the Lakeview computer lab in the blogging intrumural.  Right now we have a very small class, one with only two people!  Last weekend, on the 14th of November, my Boy Scout Troop went on our Thanksgiving campout!  It was very fun but kind of dissapointing because we didn't get to go horseback riding.  Instead I started to work on the Tracking Merit Badge.  It was actually kind of fun because we got to play a game sort of like hide'n'go seek, where our partner we got went out into a field of really tall grass and we had to find him using his tracks.  One time my partner was about five feet away from me and I was trying not to laugh!  Anyways, it was a good campout, and look forward to the next one!
